[edit] Team capabilities for development
Team members that will participate in the development process (see roles below) of the SimStadt workbench should rate their present skill level:
- Skill level empty or -: No experience.
- Skill level o: Have read books about it but have little or no hands-on experience.
- Skill level +: Can be immediately productive; have done most tasks before; and could comfortably help less experienced developer with most questions.
- Skill level ++: Completely comfortable with all aspects, including the most difficult; could help others with all questions on the subject, including optimization & best practices, referring only rarely to documentation.
Note: In the first line of the table below we like to know roughly the working time available for development (programming, testing, etc.)
